    Can I post your work in my portfolio or social media after delivery?
    *Watermarking and the timing of publication on my account can be discussed.
    If you define a period of non-publication of more than one year, an additional fee of 10%-20% will be charged.

    Do I need to sign an NDA?

    • Payments are made via PayPal.
    • I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the work.
    • When I post artwork on social media and in portfolios, I always include the client’s information.
    • Additional fees may be charged for rush work (please consult with me).
    • If I am unable to substantially meet the deadline due to my unilateral circumstances, I will refund the payment.
    • The Client has the right to display the artwork in their personal or business space, but may not reproduce or distribute the artwork in any way without my consent. The Client also may not transfer the copyrights of the artwork to any third party.
