Consultation & Rough Estimate
We discuss your requirements and I provide a rough estimate.
Sketch Submission & Formal Quote
I submit a sketch and present a formal quotation based on that direction; sketch-stage revisions are free, and cancellation at this stage incurs no fee.
Invoice & Payment Confirmation
Upon your approval, I issue an invoice; production begins after payment is confirmed.
Payment: PayPal
Final Rendering & Adjustments
I proceed with rendering and final adjustments; major changes are not possible at this stage, but color corrections and minor tweaks are welcome.
Minor tweaks=Colors, expressions, subtle shading, etc.
Delivery (files & license)
PNG/JPEG/PSD, CMYK on request.

- I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the work.
- When I post artwork on social media and in portfolios, I always include the client’s information.
- Additional fees may be charged for rush work (please consult with me).
- If I am unable to substantially meet the deadline due to my unilateral circumstances, I will refund the payment.
- The Client has the right to display the artwork in their personal or business space, but may not reproduce or distribute the artwork in any way without my consent. The Client also may not transfer the copyrights of the artwork to any third party.
