Workflow

  1. Consultation & Rough Estimate

    We discuss your requirements and I provide a rough estimate.

  2. Sketch Submission & Formal Quote

    I submit a sketch and present a formal quotation based on that direction; sketch-stage revisions are free, and cancellation at this stage incurs no fee.

  3. Invoice & Payment Confirmation

    Upon your approval, I issue an invoice; production begins after payment is confirmed.

  4. Final Rendering & Adjustments

    I proceed with rendering and final adjustments; major changes are not possible at this stage, but color corrections and minor tweaks are welcome.

    Minor tweaks=Colors, expressions, subtle shading, etc.

  5. Delivery (files & license)

    PNG/JPEG/PSD, CMYK on request.

Q. What’s your process?

Pricing & Quote

Q. Are all fees paid in advance?

A. Usually yes. For some projects (e.g., Live2D model) I take a 50% deposit and collect the balance upon delivery. If additional fees become likely during production, I’ll explain them in advance and proceed only with your approval.

Q. When do add-on fees apply?

A. High-resolution images with a combined length exceeding 150 cm (59 inches), extra rendering, layered PSD, Print-ready data (bleed, CMYK), rush delivery, etc.

Q. How many revisions are included?

A. Sketch-stage revisions are free. After final rendering begins, major changes are not possible; color corrections and minor tweaks are welcome. If any request would incur an additional fee, I’ll outline the cost beforehand and proceed only with your consent.

Rights & Usage

Q. Copyright and commercial use?

A. Copyright stays with the artist. Commercial use is included in all plans for online content (e.g., stream thumbnails). Printed merchandise or large-format print may require an additional 20% license fee. No redistribution, resale, or claiming as your own.
Examples
– Included: Social media post, streaming overlays/thumbnails, website banners
– Requires add-on: Printed goods for sale (acrylic stands, posters, apparel), large-format signage

Q. Credit line required?

A. Preferred where feasible (e.g., “art: @nisidu or Nishidu”).

Q. Can you keep the work private?

A. By default, I may showcase the work after 6 months. NDA / non-disclosure is available on request (additional fee). For strict non-publicity, please consult in advance so we can set the right terms.

Cancellation

Q. What if I cancel?

A. You may cancel during the sketch stage with no fee. After the deposit (order) is paid and final rendering begins, cancellation isn’t possible. If I significantly delay delivery beyond schedule for my reasons, I will refund the full amount or a portion thereof upon mutual agreement.
